Sombra Mexican Kitchen Concludes Its Chapter at The Township at Colony Park

After nearly 15 years at The Township at Colony Park, Sombra Mexican Kitchen concluded its final day of service on Sunday, July 26.

Since opening in 2011, Sombra has been part of The Township’s collection of restaurants, shops, and experiences, welcoming guests from across the Jackson metro area and beyond.

“We are incredibly appreciative of the guests, team members, and community who have supported Sombra over the years,” said Kelly Aycock, Director of Marketing for The Township at Colony Park. “Sombra has been part of countless meals, celebrations, and memories, and we’re grateful for the role it has played at The Township.”

Plans for a new restaurant concept are nearly complete, with construction expected to begin shortly.
